The breaker trips only sometimes. Can you find that?+
Yes. Intermittent faults take longer because we isolate circuit by circuit, but they are traceable. We tell you what we find before doing further work.
Can you work while guests are in the apartment?+
For repairs, usually yes, keeping the power off for the shortest time possible. Larger installations are better planned between bookings.
Do you also do the plastering and painting after?+
Yes. Chases and holes are closed and repainted by our own team.
